Aircraft Maintenance
& Overhaul Intern

Completed industrial training at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), gaining practical exposure to aircraft maintenance, overhaul, quality assurance and engineering practices within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Division.

Engineering Exposure

• Supported maintenance engineers during scheduled inspection, maintenance and overhaul of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Reviewed aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering documentation to understand inspection, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assisted in the inspection of hydraulic systems, landing gear and flight control assemblies in accordance with standard maintenance practices.
• Gained practical exposure to aviation quality standards, maintenance planning and aircraft serviceability assessment.

Aircraft Maintenance & Overhaul

During the training, I observed aircraft maintenance and overhaul activities while gaining insight into engineering procedures, inspection methods and maintenance documentation used within the MRO environment.
